Shipping Policy

GenMed Supplies LLC supplies medical devices to healthcare practices and facilities within the United States. Orders ship directly from our supplier and manufacturer partners.

Carrier

All orders ship directly from our supplier and manufacturer partners via FedEx.

Processing time: same-day shipping

Orders placed by 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CT, or on weekends or holidays, ship the next business day.

Shipping rates

Product line	Shipping charge
Spinal needles, Tuohy epidural needles, RF cannulas, RF electrodes, and RF adapter cables (item numbers ending in "LC")	$10.00 flat rate per order
Trays, drapes, OR towels, grounding pads and cables, IV extension sets, and other procedure supplies (item numbers beginning with "DU")	$25.00 flat rate per order

Orders that contain both "LC" and "DU" items pay both rates ($10.00 + $25.00 = $35.00). The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Items from different product lines ship from different suppliers and may arrive in separate FedEx packages, each with its own tracking number.

Where we ship

We ship only to addresses within the United States.

Tracking

When your order ships, we provide FedEx tracking information for each shipment when available.

Damaged or missing shipments
